Service Sales & Data Sales:

For those seeking Service on their Solar Panels, Apollo is offering cleaning services. To book an appointment for service, reach out to us via email at gosolar@apolloenergycompany.com.

The payment terms are 50% of the estimate in advance of service as a deposit. The remainder directly after the services are rendered on-site.

To cancel a service appointment, please do so 24 hours in advance of your service date and time. If this is done, then a refund will be provided on the deposit funds. Those refunds would be done as either a refund to the Credit Card or Debit Card used for the deposit payment or a Bill Pay Check from Apollo’s Bank should you have paid with a check. The full payment will be refunded back. This usually takes 7-10 business days to show up on your Credit Card or ATM card and approximately 10 days if we’re refunding through a Bill Pay Check.

For those seeking to buy data from Apollo, the Company does sell its own data to other Solar Sales Organizations as a service. The service is sold as-is without guaranteeing any results. All sales are final. Payments are 100% up front. Data will be, then, provided within 72 hours from the time the payment is liquid in Apollo’s Bank Account.

There are no refunds for Data Services as this service is sold as-is with no guarantee.
