I've dealt with solar companies and salesman for 3 years before I was introduced to Ron Baker from my neighbor. I told Ron my horror stories about the other companies. He listened and understood what I was saying and insured me that's not how he works. He explained everything that was going to happen down to the smallest details. Amazing Value!
I’ve wanted to get into solar for a few years now, with the economy the way it is and my electric rates going up, it was just too hard to keep up. I got a cold call one day from Apollo Energy, and the young man on the phone told me a bit about Apollo, and I decided that I’d sit down for a free quote over google meets with them. A few days later, John with the design team called me and introduced himself as the person who was going to be working on my design. He made me feel comfortable and left me his cell phone number so I could get in touch with him anytime. Once my design was built, we had a virtual meeting for about an hour, where we went over everything. Going solar was going to save me $75 a month, and I’d be protected against energy rate increases. That’s exactly what my family needed. After signing up for solar, installation was pretty smooth, the guys who came out were quick and professional, no complaints. My wife doesn’t really the way solar panels look, but we have had a few neighbors compliment them, and she’s changed her tune since then haha. Anyways, John has been in touch with me every step of the way, and has really taken care of us, if you work with him you’re in good hands. Now we’re just waiting on a fat check from the government for switching to solar! 5 star review for 5 star value and service, thanks so much.

Solar plan
Noah, my Apollo Energy Agent, originally out of Tennessee, now in Kentucky has been Amazing! Before I signed on to get Solar I talked with him for well over an hour. I was full of questions and he answered every one of them I had and assured me that the Solar plan I was getting was the way to go for myself and family. Though I didn't get the extra box for power outages, he said I could get that anytime later. The install company that is contracted for my state is Michigan Solar and Roofing. They installed my panels earlier than what Noah had said, since they had an opening. The electrician has been out and has hooked everything up, and installed what was needed, though I'm not using my system yet. It's not ready yet. Though I'm super excited to start using it! My electric bills have been outrageous since before summer began and I'm ready to save money, especially since I don't even run my AC unit all the time. Within the last month I have talked to Noah several times, I'm excited to refer him to my family and friends because of his thoroughness and his great personality. He's very friendly with a southern accent, which are a couple of my favorite things about him not to mention he's super patient, more than I especially with all the numerous questions I have asked him! And he always says call me anytime.
